My name is Alfred Hernandez and I am a Creative Director. I was born in Santiago De Cuba, Cuba, did my schooling in New York, NY and I now reside in Hollywood, FL. I'm an artist and designer that balances the world of suits and jeans. I started out as a graphic designer and worked my way up to Creative Director for the Miami Marlins. I'm a passionate leader of creative teams. During my time at Joy Athletic, I led the Creative Department of 18+ creatives and helped transform the creative culture, community, and quality of work. I provide leadership, vision, and support for the Visual & Experience Design teams and ensure that Design practice exceeds the highest industry standards while attracting and retaining the best designers. I champion Design Thinking, Visual Design, and User Experience Design to help guide the vision of our client engagements, company communications, and studio culture. I can direct photo shoots, manage people and projects, build Art Departments from scratch, or develop a creative strategy for any campaign. I remain extremely hands-on, being actively involved in pixel-level detail, every day.
